PODCAST: Becoming a Parent

We recently talked with two new dads, to demystify misconceptions about how quickly children develop.

OVERVIEW

We recently talked with two new dads, to have an open and honest conversation about what it means to become a parent. Using their story, we share psychology insights about the development of a child’s brain, and demystify misconceptions about how quickly children are able to reach certain developmental milestones such as walking and talking. We also discussed research on what parenting styles help and hinder early childhood development.
